Ensuring Execution Planning for project service at project level are approved by project team and client and well following during project execution .
- Defining Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project
- Reviewing detailed Planning; including manpower loading & resource levelling
- Maximise efficiency through use of systems & software tools, good on P6 running
- Experienced on establishment of project Level 1-4 schedule and manage the schedule actively during project execution
- Project Progress Reporting (responsible for timely issue of Weekly/Monthly project status reports)
- Project Performance Reporting (responsible for timely issue of Internal Corporate Performance reports)
- Project Analysis and Forecasting (Analysis of project schedule and costing trends)
- Prepare project reports (schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, s-curves, deliverable progress reports)
- Manage sub-contractor progress reporting & invoicing
- Ensure both internal (corporate) and external (client) Project Controls requirements are being satisfied
- Facilitate communication between and among Project-team, Finance and Corporate Management
- Trouble shooting (Communication with field/client and other parties in the resolution of problems escalated by the project control team).
- Personnel Management (provide hands-on support to project controllers to improve their performance and professional development).
