What are my responsibilities?
- Conduct sub-region Weekly Report collection and summarize, as well as service business data analysis.
- Communicate with internal CS team, cross-sector teams and external customers.
- Travel arrangements (Visa application, ticket, hotel, pick up money and expense voucher claim)
- Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointments
- Prepare invitation letters for the visitors, organize visitors' hotel, airport pickup and entertainment
- Write correspondence and office memo, set up/maintain filing system, handling old files, copies
- Other office support to managers and team member
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of tasks
- Customer oriented

- Proficient in computer application (MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook & Internet)
